Fix the bug with Round Robin pairings player order
In some round robin tournaments, one player is always assigned to be player 1 in the player order. I believe this happens any time a round robin tournament has an even number of players.

This is very unfair as many may not know it happens.

When we notice this, we handle it by swapping the player order manually for this player in every odd numbered round.
