Provide a Hide Queue option in Frenzies
Since we run frenzies with very small queues at Bluffs, I'd like to have the option to hide the queue, so that players can't game who they play.

As long as players can still see how close they are to the top of the queue so they can still time bathroom/smoke breaks appropriately, I'm okay with this option.
